Directions from Downtown Rochester:

• Follow North Main Street.
• Pass Home Depot, Hannaford and Brock's on your left.
• At the light, before Getty's, turn left onto Ten Rod Road.
• Follow Ten Rod Road.
• After 0.2 miles turn Left onto Industrial Way (sign Ten Rod Road Industrial Park).
• Once on Industrial Way, go about 1/2 mile to stop sign.
• At stop sign go straight through circle and make a left.
• Turn left onto parking lot. Willem Verweij & Associates Physical Therapy is located on the first floor.

From points South (Somersworth, Dover , Portsmouth , some Rochester points):

• Follow Route 16 North/Spaulding Turnpike.
• Take exit 14 for Ten Rod Road.
• Turn Left at end of ramp.
• After 0.1 miles turn Left onto Industrial Way (sign Ten Rod Road Industrial Park).
• Once on Industrial Way, go about 1/2 mile to stop sign.
• At stop sign go straight through circle and make a left.
• Turn left onto parking lot. Willem Verweij & Associates Physical Therapy is located on the first floor.

From points North (Wakefield , Milton):

• Follow Route 16 South/Spaulding Turnpike.
• Take exit 14 for Ten Rod Road.
• Turn Left at end of ramp.
• Make immediate turn Left onto Industrial Way (sign Ten Rod Road Industrial Park).
• Once on Industrial Way, go about 1/2 mile to stop sign.
• At stop sign go straight through circle and make a left.
