Location

Directions from Downtown Rochester:

• Follow North Main Street.
• Pass Home Depot, Hannaford, and BP station on your left.
• At the light, turn left onto Ten Rod Road.
• Follow Ten Rod Road.
• After 0.3 miles turn Left onto Industrial Way (sign Ten Rod Road business Park).
• Once on Industrial Way, go about 1/2 mile to stop sign.
• At stop sign go straight through circle and make a left.
• Turn left onto parking lot. Willem Verweij & Associates Physical Therapy is located on the first floor across from the elevators.

From Points South (Somersworth, Dover, Portsmouth, some Rochester points):

• Follow Route 16 North/Spaulding Turnpike.
• Take exit 14 for Ten Rod Road.
• Turn Left at end of ramp.
• After 0.2 miles turn Left onto Industrial Way (sign Ten Rod Road business Park).
• Once on Industrial Way, go about 1/2 mile to stop sign.
• At stop sign go straight through circle and make a left.
• Turn left onto parking lot. Willem Verweij & Associates Physical Therapy is located on the first floor across from the elevators.

From Points North (Wakefield, Milton):

• Follow Route 16 South/Spaulding Turnpike.
• Take exit 15 for Route 11W toward Farmington/Alton.
• Turn Left at end of ramp (signs for Ten Rod Rod/Rochester).
• After 0.5 miles turn Right onto Ten Rod Road.
• Continue 0.3 miles. Turn Left onto Industrial Way (sign Ten Rod Road business Park).
• Once on Industrial Way, go about 1/2 mile to stop sign.
• At stop sign go straight through circle and make a left.
